Alabaster Mobile Clinic is a small and agile global nonprofit partnering with communities in Kenya to improve health and well-being. Now in its seventh year, Alabaster sends a team of health and nonprofit professionals to Kenya annually for outreach trips, and engages supporters in the US year round to further partnership and understanding.
Joining us as a marketing and communications intern will give you the opportunity to vision with Alabaster’s volunteer board of directors in building social media and fundraising strategies that will further engage our loyal donors and reach more people whose vision aligns with ours. You will also consult on and organize media assets (photography, video and narrative) gathered over the past few trips for future use. You will be engaged with us for the next six months, spending about five hours a week on projects.
